The Company Acting Studio is a professional acting school in Atlanta, Georgia for kids, teens and adults. The acting classes within each of our acting programs focus on acting and auditioning for film, television, commercials, and stage. We are an all encompassing acting school that provides our students with training in every facet needed to build a strong foundation for a professional career: scene study, improvisation, cold-reading skills, monologues, commercials, on-camera skills, body and voice technique, performance and industry lessons. We cover all aspects of acting and auditioning in front of the camera and on the stage.

Our methods and techniques, while based in the teachings of Stanislavski and Stella Adler are a combination of practical work experience and years of training with various instructors and in various styles over the years. The foundation of our system is based in the truth and believability of the characters we create. Our students learn to approach scripts and scenarios from the most imaginative and creative place possible, while bringing their own individual style to a piece. We work on real techniques and skills that bring stories, characters and ideas to life.

The Company was established in August 1996 and houses conservatory style acting programs, events, workshops and career building opportunities. Taught by craft trained, working actors in film, television, commercials and stage, and the experience of the school transfers into continued successes for all actors who train here.

The reputation of the school is backed by its time in the Atlanta community; it's long standing relationship with the Southeast's agents, casting directors, producers, theatre companies and school systems; as well as its partnership and membership with The Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts.

The school assumes a large responsibility to its community of new artists by providing free workshops and seminars to schools and arts facilities, as well as contributing proceeds annually from its Actors Expo event to a local charity.

The main school is located in Midtown Atlanta, and houses the most professional acting program in the Southeast. The school's directors coach actors from coast to coast; working primarily with actors in Atlanta, Los Angeles and New York, as well as conducting workshops all over the Southeast region.
