Hi Lisina, I briefly spoke to Joy about my situation on Wednesday but I am still a bit anxious. After my foot surgery, I will be non weight-bearing for 6-8 weeks and unable to walk without a scooter or walker. I am worried because I will not be able to be on set during that time and I am not sure how auditions will work. I know some projects are planning to return in September or October so I'm concerned about what will happen if I am asked to return to set for anything I was working on before. Do you have any advice or suggestions?
Hi Kiana. I'm so sorry. I did not realize you had a surgery coming up. Hope everything is okay. What was Joy's suggestion? Has your agent weighed in on it? I would imagine that its something you need to make people aware of when auditioning so it gives them the option not to cast you. Basically if you cannot perform without the use of those things, it likely cancels you out of being considered for any of those jobs unfortunately.
@lisin9 Joy said to keep auditioning, just to make sure I'm auditioning for projects with shoot dates that are after I will be recovered. But don't stop auditioning! My agent said that he will take a break on submitting me and to just let him know when I am good to go. I told him I would still like to be submitted for anything filming later in the year so we will see what happens with that.
Posting video pieces to Actors Access is fine. It's adding them to your resume that isn't. Resumes are for work experience only. I don't recommend posting self tapes to your actors access though. The scripts you are sent for an audition are considered confidential and only meant to be shared through the casting platforms.

@kiananw Can you ask your agent to continue submitting you for things that shoot later so you can indeed keep auditioning like Joy recommends?
Lisina, last week i recorded 2 scenes at a professional studio. Can I n add to resume and Actors Access page?
Only put work you booked or were otherwise hired to do on your resume and Actors Access page.
@lisin9 for made-for-Reel scenes can you post the scene in the clips of actors access, but not list it on your resume section?
@Jessica Kelly Correct.
What if you have really good self tape? Can you post the clip to actors access?
For like specific part?

@lisin9 gotcha what about class on camera work? Not audition tapes.
@Ms. Marcia Keep the same confidentiality rules in mind.
If it’s sides that have already been produced, it’s ok.
Yes, I believe so. I don't know what the copyright rules for Actors Access are, but I think that's probably fine.
