I have been receiving additions all week from my agent. My issue is one of my additions is for 2 different languages. Should I decline this audition because I do not speak French or submit anyway just With the English version?
Oh, if it says not required, then definitely submit the audition. You can't change the fact that you don't speak French. Do what you CAN do and be great at it.
I received an audition yesterday morning that is due Monday morning and I will not be back home to film a quality tape before Saturday night. In situations likes these do you recommend waiting to film and having the tape look good, or filming sooner with the resources that are available?
Well, I have a decent camera, but no clothing that would be good for an audition or the vibe of the character (it's a boarding school girl). And yes I could definitely get it in by Sunday.
I feel like as long as its in by the early part of Monday morning you are good. If we were talking the difference between a professional lighting set up or something I would say just tape it, but you do want the vibe and character to be right, so wait till Saturday.
I recently got an audition for a one liner and i am struggling on finding ways to create this character because of the lack of information given t being the one line. What are some tips for those
Welcome Members! How can I help?

If speaking the other language is mandatory for booking the role, then you cannot do the audition. Ask your agent to make sure.
Its asking 2 separate takes if you speak French but not required. Feel like I am at a disadvantage because I won't have the 2nd take.

How poor of the quality are we talking here? And if you tape it Saturday night, will you be able to have it in by early Monday morning?

Gotcha! Thank you, Lisina.

Just know what you are doing in the scene. The person is what they are there to do, probably not much else.
Merci :)
