There is a handbook of protocols that was set down by both the unions and the main producing companies to guide productions on how to work during this time and it includes as much virtual work as possible. Castings, meetings, read thrus. There are still place doing live callbacks.There are rules in place as to how those are to be handled regarding distancing, amount of people and use of plexi-glass, etc... But people will still have to show up live to work. So the protocols that were set address the very many changes that our industry must adopt. So, indeed, the entire process got an overhaul. You can expect almost every aspect to change.
